Cancellation Policy
Please review carefully before submitting payment. To provide private, one-on-one recovery support, caregiver scheduling, and dedicated availability, all bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions. 1. Nature of Services Elite Recovery Care provides non-medical post-operative concierge assistance and recovery support. Services may include comfort care, mobility assistance, transportation support, reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping related to recovery, companionship, and general non-clinical assistance. We do not provide medical treatment, nursing care unless specifically licensed and contracted for such services, emergency medicine, diagnosis, or guarantees regarding surgical outcomes. 2. Booking & Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all care dates. * No dates, staff, or services are guaranteed until payment is received. * Deposits compensate for scheduling, administrative planning, staff reservation, and blocked calendar availability. 3. Final Payment * Remaining balances are due 14 days prior to the scheduled surgery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. * If payment is not received by the due date, services may be canceled and reserved dates released without further notice. * Any prior payments made remain non-refundable. 4. No Refund Policy * All payments made are final and non-refundable, including deposits, installment payments, and paid-in-full bookings. * Refunds are not provided for cancellations, change of mind, dissatisfaction unrelated to service failure, surgeon delays, surgeon rescheduling, travel disruptions, lodging issues, companion conflicts, early discharge from care, or unused time. * By making payment, client acknowledges funds are exchanged for reserved time, staffing commitments, scheduling priority, and availability. 5. Surgery Date Changes / Rescheduling * Surgery schedules are controlled by the surgeon, facility, or anesthesia provider and are outside of our control. * If a surgery date changes 30 or more days in advance, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer care dates based on availability. * Changes requested less than 30 days prior are not guaranteed. * Same-day or last-minute changes may require additional fees or may be declined due to staffing conflicts. 6. Client Cancellation * If the client cancels services for any reason, all monies paid are forfeited. * Canceled dates may be reassigned immediately to other clients. 7. Early Release / Unused Time * If client chooses to shorten care, leave the recovery location, refuses scheduled services, becomes unreachable, no longer needs assistance, or elects to use another provider, all unused hours and days remain non-refundable. 8. Travel / Lodging / 24-Hour Care Requirements For 24-hour care or overnight bookings: * Client must provide a safe, sanitary recovery environment. * A separate bed, couch, or appropriate sleeping space must be available for the caregiver. * Kitchen access is strongly recommended for meal preparation. * Washer/dryer access is recommended for multi-day bookings. * Parking fees, building access fees, tolls, valet, or extraordinary travel costs may be billed to the client when applicable. 9. Client Responsibilities Client agrees to: * Provide accurate surgery details, lodging address, and emergency contacts. * Follow surgeon instructions. * Maintain respectful conduct toward staff. * Provide required medications, groceries, and recovery supplies unless otherwise arranged. * Disclose any condition that may affect safe caregiving. Failure to do so may limit services without refund. 10. Safety & Emergency Authority Client safety is our highest priority. Because Elite Recovery Care provides non-medical support, if staff believes the client may be experiencing a medical emergency, we reserve the right to contact 911, EMS, security, surgeon on-call staff, or emergency contacts immediately. The client is responsible for any ambulance, hospital, physician, or emergency-related charges. 11. Right to Refuse or End Services We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services without refund if there are concerns involving: * Unsafe conditions * Abuse or harassment of staff * Illegal activity * Serious undisclosed medical risk * Lack of required lodging accommodations * Conditions making caregiving unsafe or unreasonable 12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: * BBL Baddies is not responsible for surgical outcomes, physician decisions, facility delays, infections, complications, travel interruptions, hotel issues, emotional distress claims, or indirect damages beyond the amount paid for booked services where legally applicable. * No guarantees are made regarding healing speed, pain levels, scar outcomes, drainage amounts, or final cosmetic results. 13. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes By submitting payment, client affirms they knowingly purchased reserved concierge services under these policies. Improper chargebacks or payment disputes after agreeing to these terms may be contested using signed agreements, invoices, messages, schedules, staffing records, and service documentation. 14. Governing Terms If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. 15. Agreement By paying any invoice, deposit, installment, or balance, client confirms they: * Read this policy in full * Understand all terms * Accept all conditions * Authorize charges submitted * Agree these policies govern the booking By booking with us, you are agreeing to this policy in full.
